Roller, roller, roller mania

Wyatt went on a field trip to Skatetown today and I got to go. And boy, am I glad I did. Watching 20 something 5 year olds roller skate, is the funniest thing I've seen in a long time. I could have filmed at least 10 you tube hit videos. I laughed so much I only got one picture of wyatt skating and one video. But it was worth it. Love to go on his field trips!!

Having a photographer for a husband....

As many of you know, David has recently become obsessed very involved in photography. This is a good and bad thing. Bad thing that he's gone a lot. Good thing because he captures once in a lifetime candid pictures of our family. For the kids birthday pictures this year we decided on a little last minute photo shoot in the stockyards. And let me just say that is the best place ever to take pictures. We would just be walking along the sidewalk and just look at a door we're passing and think "oh that would make a great backdrop" and boom another picture. Anyway, David captured a ton of great pictures. So without further a do, here are a few....

 

Super Girl Whitney

She may not be fully clothed and she may not fly but she'll sure make you smile. I told everyone to change clothes so we could go outside and play. Meaning from pjs to street clothes. And this is how Whitney came out of her room. Sooooo what's a mother to do ......encourage and take pictures right!!!! Can't wait for these to be in her wedding video.

Bluebonnet Time

If you live in Texas, at some point in your life, it's a must that you get your children's pictures taken in bluebonnets. On a sunday afternoon we packed up and took off for Ennis. So glad we did because we, I mean David, got some awesome pictures of our precious kiddos. Here are just a few...

Oh those baby blues

After attending a benefit for my nephew in grapevine, we decided to walk through downtown. Along the way I spotted this gorgeous old turquoise garage door. And immediately thought "photo op" time. As soon as I put Whitney in front of the door she just started striking poses. Just so happens that she was wearing the perfect dress for the picture too!

1st Practice

It's official, baseball season has begun, or at least practice has anyway!

 

 

 

Practice ended with an official hat ceremony. All the boys did great for their first practice so they all earned their team hat.
