The not so great flood of 2012

After spending a good solid productive hour cleaning out Whitney's closet, I went into the kitchen. For what, I can't remember because what to my wondering eyes would appear......but a waterfall cascading out of our kitchen onto our living room carpet. My first naïve thought was that it was from a cup of water that had spilled off of the counter. Oh how I wish that were true. Instead it was a busted water filter underneath our fridge. And after many phone calls to the husband, who of course was out of town, did I figure out how to turn the water off outside. What a nightmare it was!!! However, we did end up with a beautiful new kitchen and dining room. Courtesy of whirlpool. Now, how to get a new master bathroom, hmmmmm ;-)
