My Punkins

Whitney's favorite thing to do is stand. She throws a fit if you try to make her sit, but gets sooo excited if you stand her up. Here she is checking out her first pumpkin!

Wyatt sure looks like a proud brother holding his baby sister. Whitney on the other hand is giving me a look like "Really Mom. Do you really think he can hold me!" Too cute.

My baby girl in her cowboy gear!

Go Cowboys!

Wyatt holding the Mr. Potato Head skeleton pumpkin we made.

Helping scooping out the guts. This lasted for 1 minute. Thanks Aunt Lindsay for finishing the job!

Part 1 Mississippi Trip

So about a month ago (wow I'm behind on blogging) David, myself and Wyatt took a trip to The University of Southern Mississippi. David's dad was inducted into the Hall of Fame for Football and Baseball. Notice Whitney's name wasn't listed above. Whitney stayed with my mom for the 4 longest days of my life. I cried like a baby when I dropped her off. I know it's healthy to take trips without your children, but we haven't done that yet. And probably won't be doing it again for awhile. That just about broke my heart.
We went to the Football game on Friday night and the induction was on Saturday. It was quite an eventful weekend. It was great to see the university, meet all the people that came to support Charley and have some one on one family time with Wyatt. I couldn't post all the pictures because their are a ton so here are a few.....

I think Wyatt's favorite thing about the trip was his very own suitcase on wheels.

Charley with 2 of his granddaughters Katie and Erin. I love this pic because you can see the admiration in their eyes.

Diana with her girls...Katrina, Erin, & Katie.

At the pre-party. Wyatt couldn't wait to get out there.

...Part 2 Mississippi

Katie & Blair

Look who LoVeS Sprite! Or at least I think he does. Most of it looks like it ended up on his shirt.

Blair. Look at that gorgeous red hair.

Getting ready for the game. The other 2 are David's brothers Chuck and John.

Before the game we got to go on the field. Wyatt got to see the Football players warming up.

Show Time!

Wyatt really got into the game. I don't even think the game was started yet in this pic. He was just clapping because he was soooo excited.

Watching the kickoff!!

The Southern Miss Hall of Famer Charley and his Bride Diana.

Charley went on the field during half time.

Here's Wyatt cheering "Good Job Pawpaw" at halftime.

Katie, Erin, & Blair having a good time at the game.

Wyatt getting some lovin before the Hall of Fame ceremony on Saturday.

Family shot before the ceremony. (Note to self..make sure belt stays up higher. :( Looks like I'm pregnant).

Family shot #2. Wish Whitney was here.

Wyatt was running around right before the ceremony. Made me a little nervous but he did great!

9/11

Every year at school we have a little parade to commerate Sept. 11th. I have such mixed emotions about this day. For me it's a day of great, great sadness of all the family members so many lost. Then its a day of great pride and love for my country. My children will never really know how we felt that day and I hope they NEVER have to experience a day like it.

Wyatt was not to sure about this parade thing.

He did it but he had to hold Ms. "Mammer's" Hand.

The rest of Whitney's Newborn & Wyatt's 2 Year Old Pics

Flying High!!!

I was called to the guest bedroom in a particular way that made me think
1) This is going to be interesting and
2) Grab the camera (thanks for the tip mom!).
This is what I saw...
David throwing Wyatt on a tower of pillows on the bed.

This picture of Whitney is not from today but I couldn't do a post without adding a picture of our beautiful baby girl!!!
